Our room was very spacious with central heating, a flat-screen TV offering satellite channels, and a mini-fridge-bar; the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

That was fully equipped hotel set in relaxing area, close to exhibition and RAILWAY and train station, friendly staff, great breakfast and all at a decent price. The staff were well-trained and the pool was nice. I loved the room with a view, the bed was good! The location was comfortable, for example, Altstadt was just a short walk away from the venue.

I recently stayed at the Merkur Hotel for a couple of nights in Nuremberg. The room was perfect for my needs - comfortable, quiet, and private. Its location was highly convenient, just a short walk from both the train station and the old town centre. Despite arriving early in the morning, the staff was exceptionally accommodating and allowed me to check in right away. The cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds were definitely highlights. Additionally, the hotel offered free WiFi, making it easy to stay connected throughout my stay. great value for money and a pleasant experience.

At reception they not inform me that swimming poll is closed - I chosed this hotel specially for availability of pool for my little kid. We plan all vist and at the end we want to go swimm - then we get info about pool failure and this particularly crush our perfect day!
